Canape Tortilla Shells

1" tortilla shells are irresistible filled with goats cheese, onion and corn, tomato, cheese and ham, or hot chilli beef with melted cheese on top.

3" Tortilla Cups

3" flour tortilla shells are perfect for dips, used to present salsa cups and canapes. Why not try them filled with diced avocado pear, kidney beans and red onion served with tomato and basil salsa, or perhaps filled with roast pumpkin and soft quail egg on a bed of salad. Alternatively, try tortilla shells filled with smoked salmon and served with soured cream and dill.
