Filo Cups – Savoury Canapes

Filo cups are perfect for serving savoury canapes. Why not try filling them with smoked chicken and sliced olives in pesto, or with cream cheese, peppered mackerel and a sprig of dill. Alternatively, Filo pastry cups are sensational filled with prawns, chopped coriander and red pepper tossed in olive oil.

Pastry Shells – Sweet Canapes

Filo cups are ideal for serving sweet canapes. Why not try filling them with mascarpone cheese, sliced kiwi fruit, a raspberry and topped with passion fruit, or with crème fraiche, topped with seasonal fruits or berries? Alternatively, filocrowns are tantalisingly tasty when filled with melted white and dark chocolate, served topped with chocolate shavings of a slice of fresh strawberry.

Filocrowns come in two sizes depending on your specific requirements and fillings. Pastry cups are available in 3” filocrowns and 5” pastry shells; however, Foodafayre offers a bespoke service with varying shapes of all ingredient-based lines to fit almost any project requirement.
