| Starter | ![]() Fill with Waldorf Salad, using Red Apple, Celery and Walnuts. Fill with Chicken Liver Paté and serve with Salad garnish. Fill with mixed green leaf salad, black olives, cherry tomatoes, cooked bacon pieces, Parmesan cheese shavings and serve with a Caesar salad dressing. |

Fill with Four Leaf Salad, with shavings of Parmesan and serve with a Caesar's Dressing. Fill with pre-cooked Dauphinoise Potato; sprinkle Cheese on top and grill for 2 minutes. Fill with Cauliflower Cheese and garnish with Julienne Carrots. Fill with Chestnut mushrooms lightly cooked in butter, garlic and chopped tarragon. |
| Desserts | Fill with a Lemon Cheesecake mix and serve with Raspberry Coulis. Fill with Summer Fruits in a Mascarpone Cheese. |
